The Shlichus Training program is designed for girls who wish to advance their Torah studies in order to progress in their Avodas Hashem, while simultaneously learning how to build and maintain a successful shlichus.

How
The Shlichus Training program focuses on personal growth and development as a Chassid, as well as professional training and hands-on experience in all aspects of a shlucha’s life. Learn the ABCs of opening a non-profit and of strategic planning. Discover the secrets to successful marketing, fundraising, and programming. Train to teach and cater to all ages. Whether you will build a new Chabad House, establish a new branch of Chabad on Campus, CTeen, or Friendship Circle, or develop youth and family programs – mastering these skills are building blocks to success.
Spiritual growth
An intensive learning program which empowers you to live a happy, meaningful and spiritual life as a Chassidishe wife, mother, and shlucha. Build a real genuine relationship with Hashem filled with love and Ahavas Yisroel.
Academic goals
- Learn and understand maamarim and sichos independently.
- Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the halachos necessary to manage a frum, Chassidishe home & shlichus.
- Become familiar with questions and challenges one encounters on shlichus.
- Understand when and how to ask a shayla.

Avodas Haklal
This program provides comprehensive training in perfecting the tools necessary for succeeding in all types of shlichus, including running a Chabad House, Chabad On Campus, and youth programs. Courses range from beginner to advanced classes, are user-friendly and include lectures and demonstrations.
